Project management:

The projects will be evaluated by our Custom Manufacturing Evaluation Team when getting a proposal or inquiry from customers. A project manager will be assigned if the project was approved to be EHS friendly, Patent free/authorized, and compatible with our technoiogies and facilities. The project manager coordinates all activities associated with the project, works in conjunction with the Sales and Business Development Manager to liaise with development scientists, key raw material procurement, manufacturing, quality and regulatory specialists at TIANMA GROUP to provide a detailed proposal specifically tailored to the customers' requirements.
